Customise your Makan
Step 1
Plan & draft your designs on paper first!
Step 2
Transfer your designs onto your Makan bags by applying a light layer of ink until desired brightness is achieved.
Step 3
Put aside your creations & allow to dry before you set the designs with heat. Drying times may range from just a few minutes to an hour or more, depending on how thoroughly you have covered your bags.
Step 4
Set your designs by placing a sheet of paper over the bag & ask for adult assistance to iron. Glide the iron back & forth continually over the area for 4 minutes. Be careful not to iron zips.
A sustainable and eco-friendly storage solution. Makan multiuse bags are made with a food grade polycanvas outer and TPU liners which are third party tested and approved by the FDA (The United States Food and Drug Administration). Free of BPA, PVC, and other nasties. You can use Makan bags with confidence, whilst you help our planet.
When labelling your bags we suggest using a ballpoint pen, also known as a biro. Permanent style markers tend to bleed. Please note that other writing utensils may vary. Whatever writing utensil you choose, we recommend giving the ink ample time to dry.
Our bags can be cleaned in a variety of ways. Flip our bags inside out:
– wipe clean with warm soapy water or
– into a washing machine, maximum 30C
Lastly, air dry.
Make sure bag is fully dry prior to storing.
Generally, orders will be shipped within 3-5 days after your purchase date, via Australia Post. Payment receipt will be emailed to you on completion of sale.
